About the Opportunity

A well-established escrow company in Newport Beach is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer or Senior Escrow Assistant to support a busy team during a temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an escrow professional who can step into an active desk and confidently assist with residential resale transactions from opening through closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential resale escrow transactions from opening through closing
  • Prepare and review escrow documents
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies
  • Ensure compliance with escrow procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the escrow process

Qualifications:

  • Previous California escrow experience required
  • Ability to manage files from opening through closing with minimal supervision
  • Experience with residential resale transactions
  • Proficiency with Streamline and GreenFolders preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Notary Public License is a plus
